WHAT IS EFT?
EFT is a form of emotional acupressure combining the best of east and west - the latest discoveries in energy psychology with the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine.
EFT is based on the discovery that:
'All negative emotions are caused
by a disruption in our body's energy system'

Tap lightly (7 – 9 times approximately) on each point.
Always follow the same sequence. Begin with the Karate Chop point for Set Up Phrase (you can also use the Sore Spot which is rubbed quite vigorously rather than tapped) then proceed to Start of Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under Eye,
Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under Arm, Top of Head.
