What is EFT?
EFT is based on the discovery that ‘all negative emotions are caused by a disturbance in the body’s energy system’. Using words or phrases to keep our mind focused on the problem, we gently stimulate specific acupressure points on the face and body by tapping them with our fingertips, to clear the disturbance and restore balance and well being.

5 hours of EFT each day
 
The retreat will enable you to make profound and lasting changes that will have an impact on every area of your life. 
 
Lose weight from the inside out as you address all the emotional issues that caused you to put on or to retain weight in the first place. Shed pounds of negative emotions like guilt, blame, anger, anxiety and then just watch as your outside changes to match your new inside, as you shed the physical pounds, with no conscious effort on your part!
 
 
Safe & Comfortable healing with EFT
The retreat provides a safe and comfortable environment for your personal growth and development. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing with the group: EFT has many techniques that allow you to work on issues without disclosing the details. With EFT you can make profound changes, without the need to constantly relive traumatic events from your past.
 
 
Small Group
With a maximum of 8 people on the retreat, you will receive the individual attention you need to really address and heal your core issues.
 
 
WHAT THE RETREAT WILL DO FOR YOU
You will...
 
Core Issues: Discover why you eat and heal all those deep underlying issues.
 
Negative Emotions: Eliminate your negative emotions of guilt, shame, frustration, anger…
 
Self Esteem: Identify where any lack of self esteem may have originated and tap it away.
 
Traumatic Events: Identify and heal all those events that may have contributed to your weight issues.
 
Self Sabotage: Often, just when you start to achieve your goal, you find yourself unexpectedly doing something to sabotage yourself. This is not a lack of motivation on your part but deep psychological reversal. For whatever reason, a part of you is resisting. Heal and integrate that part of yourself.
 
Forgiveness: Forgive yourself (and anyone else) for causing or failing to resolve your weight issue.
 
Cravings: The foods you just can’t say no to. Discover the real reason you crave chocolate, chips, crisps… then find a new healthier and less fattening way to achieve the same benefit!
 
Your Relationship with Food: There is no need to follow a specific diet when you use EFT. Your food choices will change automatically without any conscious effort on your part. However, if you prefer, you can use EFT to support any diet of your choice. You can also use it to support you, if you choose to opt for surgery.
 
Body Image: Are you unhappy with any parts of your body? You don’t need to hate your body to lose weight. Learn to really love and appreciate your body and you will automatically and effortlessly give it the nourishing foods it needs.
 
Motivation: Use EFT to increase motivation. Whether it’s to follow a specific diet or exercise programme or to achieve whatever it is you want in life.
 
Exercise: Do you hate exercising, going to the gym? Use EFT to help your find the right exercise for you and enjoy doing it. It’s easy to stay motivated when you do something you enjoy!
 
Limiting Beliefs: Were you brought up to believe you had to eat everything on your plate? Unconscious limiting beliefs are very often at the root of our undesired behaviours. Identify and eliminate the limiting beliefs that are undermining your success.
 
New Positive Beliefs: Install new, positive beliefs that will help you achieve your goal effortlessly. ‘Better in the waste than on your waist!’ ‘I can do it!’ ‘I’m worth it!’
 
Affirmations: Use positive affirmations to identify resistance and then tap it way.
 
Setting Goals: Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it! Do you really just want to lose weight? Or do you just want... to be happy, healthy and toned? Set the right goals!
 
Visualisation: Learn to use all of your senses to create an image of yourself at your ideal weight. Studies show that if you can imagine it, you can achieve it! Use EFT to clear any blocks and get a brighter and clearer picture.  
 
Meditation: Learn a very simple way to meditate to help raise your tolerance to stress.
 
Free Time
There will be plenty of free time for you to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the monastery cloisters, re-energise with walks by the sea (the monastery is set right on the beach front!) or just explore the pretty Spanish fishing villageof Chipiona.
 
 
After the Retreat - On Going Support
In the retreat we will work to clear the deep underlying issues. On your return to your everyday life, new challenges may surface. You will have on-going support, should you need it. Opt for a series of four group teleconference calls in the month following the retreat for just 40 euros. Individual telephone / skype sessions with me for 60 euros the hour.
 
 
Costs:
550 includes full board accommodation in the monastery hotel for 5 days and 6 nights plus 25 hours of EFT. You just pay for your travel.

A number of single rooms are available. A supplement of 20 euros is payable for the 6 nights.
 
 
Booking:
Pay a 100 euro deposit on booking and the remainder by 1 September 2010. You can pay in pounds sterling directly into my account or by paypal. Full details on application. If you are in Spain you can pay in Euros directly into my account, by cheque or cash.
 
 
How to get there: Flights:
Nearest airports Jerez de la Frontera, Seville and Gibraltar.
 
 
From the Airport:
40 minute drive from Jerez de la Frontera. Ryan Air flights from Stansted.
An hour and 40 minutes from Seville. Variety of flight operators.
 
 
You may wish to hire a car for your stay. Alternatively, I may be able to organise transfer for the group for a small additional charge. Let me know at time of booking if you need transport.
