BORROWING BENEFITS: THERAPY IN A GROUP SETTING
One of the most amazing things about EFT is what happens in a group setting.
Although no-one actually knows exactly how or why EFT works in the group setting, it was discovered that when we tap, repeating the words for someone else, something within us heals. Whatever the issue/emotion the other person is working on, we are sure to have something similar and our subconscious mind recognises that similarity and proceeds to work on our issue/emotion. Or if we have previously specified and brought to mind what we would like to work on, our subconscious may choose to work on that instead.
Workshops are an effective, affordable and fun way to `borrow benefits´with EFT.
They are also a great way for you to gain confidence in your own way of working with EFT. Every EFT beginner always asks `what words should I use´ and a borrowing benefits workshop is an ideal way to become proficient in the language of EFT and the different techniques.
