If you want to lose weight for 2012, read this first!
 
This is the time we start thinking about making our New Year’s resolutions. Or maybe you don’t even bother anymore having already failed miserably so many times. I read a statistic the other day that by the end of January 40% of people have already given up on their New Year’s resolution and by June only 3% of people are still on track. That’s a whopping 97% that have failed.
 
Year after year we decide yet again that we are going to lose weight and in our eternal optimism decide that we really are going to achieve it this time.

Overweight? It really isn't your fault!


Have you ever stood gazing into the fridge, knowing you weren’t really hungry, but that something wasn’t quite right, you weren’t quite right? You didn’t reallyknowwhat was wrong; you just had this uneasy feeling and food seemed like the best way to fix it.
 
But it doesn’t fix it for long! And before you know it, there you are, back again gazing into that fridge. After many repeated visits to the fridge over a period of time, you begin to put on some weight and then some more weight, until eventually you are officially ‘overweight’.
